A prose editor's responsibilities include receiving and reading all prose submissions for the magazine and working with the other prose editor and editor-in-chief to select the best possible submissions to be published in each issue. Your duties will also include the collaboration we have between us and our chosen creatives, helping to edit and format all selected submissions to create the final version of the magazine. You will also be a part of the team's discussions about themes for each issue, the art chosen for the magazine, flash fiction submissions, and any staff written blog posts that you may wish to make.

A solid understanding of spelling and grammar rules is essential, with proficiency in word preferred. As you will work with both our team and submitters, it is necessary that are good at communication and collaboration. Varied tastes in literature are welcomed.

Prose Editor

Poetry Editor

A poetry editor's responsibilities include receiving and reading all poetry submissions for the magazine and working with the other poetry editor and editor-in-chief to select the best possible submissions to be published in each issue. Your duties will also include the collaboration we have between us and our chosen creatives, helping to edit and format all selected submissions to create the final version of the magazine. You will also be a part of the team's discussions about themes for each issue, the art chosen for the magazine, flash fiction submissions, and any staff written blog posts that you may wish to make.

Administrator

An administrator's responsibilities include managing all communications we receive from submitters or potential submitters. This means answering any questions, acknowledging that submissions have been received, informing all submissions of their status (accepted or rejected), and communicating proposed edits from our editors. You would be working alongside our social media manager to answer any questions received elsewhere and will also be a part of the team's discussions about themes for each issue, the art chosen for the magazine, flash fiction submissions, and any staff written blog posts that you may wish to make.

A solid understanding of spelling and grammar rules is essential, with a kind and informative typing voice preferred. As you will work with both our team and submitters, it is necessary that are good at communication and collaboration. Varied tastes in literature are welcomed.

Social Media Manager

As social media manager's responsibilities include managing our magazine's Instagram page, the website and any other social media profiles you decide to run once in the position. Managing these means creating, uploading and engaging with posts. Comments on our posts should be engaged with, and interactive with other magazines is important also. You would be working alongside our administrator to answer any questions received that relate to their duties and will also be a part of the team's discussions about themes for each issue, the art chosen for the magazine, flash fiction submissions, and any staff written blog posts that you may wish to make.

If you want to join our team, we would love to consider you. In order to apply, please create a document (word preferred) containing a basic CV with your name, age, pronouns, email address, country of residence and any relevant experience. You should also give a small paragraph detailing why you are applying for the position and what you think you will bring to our team. Name the document you send as follows: LAST_FIRST_position (e.g. SMITH_JOHN_proseeditor).
