Want to join our team?

A prose editor's responsibilities include receiving and reading all prose submissions for the magazine and working with the other prose editor and editor-in-chief to select the best possible submissions to be published in each issue. Your duties will also include the collaboration we have between us and our chosen creatives, helping to edit and format all selected submissions to create the final version of the magazine. You will also be a part of the team's discussions about themes for each issue, the art chosen for the magazine, flash fiction submissions, and any staff written blog posts that you may wish to make.

A solid understanding of spelling and grammar rules is essential, with proficiency in word preferred. As you will work with both our team and submitters, it is necessary that are good at communication and collaboration. Varied tastes in literature are welcomed.

How to Submit

If you want to join our team, we would love to consider you. In order to apply, please create a document (word preferred) containing a basic CV with your name, age, pronouns, email address, country of residence and any relevant experience. You should also give a small paragraph detailing why you are applying for the position and what you think you will bring to our team. Name the document you send as follows: LAST_FIRST_position (e.g. SMITH_JOHN_proseeditor).
